Our programmes are designed to help schools show evidence that their pupils are developing the key skills listed below. The activities are all part of outdoor and adventurous education, combining technical and practical skills with educational and interactional experiences.
For post 16 education as well as learning across the curriculum requirements we also tailor programmes to assist in the Key Skills qualifications.

Outdoor Adventure can provide for the breadth of study from KS2 to KS4, providing a range of challenges and experiences, which will help to provide evidence towards the level descriptions of the PE attainment target.
Our programmes can be designed to develop the required range of knowledge, skills and understanding in this area.
Key Stage 2 - O & AA
Take part in outdoor activity challenges, including following trails, in familiar, unfamiliar and challenging environments.
Use a wide range of orienteering and problem solving skills
Work with others to meet the challenges.
Key Stage 3 - O & AA
Meet challenges in outdoor activities and journeys
Use a range of orienteering and problem solving skills and techniques in these challenges.
Identify the roles and responsibilities of individuals within a group when planning strategies.

Meet challenges in large-scale outdoor activities and journeys
Use a range of complex outdoor activity skills and techniques (canoeing, rock climbing, hill walking etc)

Our provision as an Outdoor Education centre includes tailored curriculum based trips for BTEC Sport & Public Services, GCSE and A-Level PE and Geography fieldwork.
