Residential School Activity Weeks Slideshow

  Overview

A great way to start the term off and bond your group. Activities are chosen that are particularly effective in building morale and team spirit whilst having fun! The sessions are delivered in a way to place emphasis on trust and team working skills and together with our creative challenges provide powerful team building experiences for the group.

We look at what makes someone a good communicator and put active listening to the test! Pupils become aware that everyone’s opinion and input matters. They are encouraged to look for and value the strengths in others and respect each others differences.

During the week pupils become aware of the different leadership styles and the vital ingredients that make up a true team. They practise skills to reflect and learn from experiences. By the end of the week pupils have become far more confident and have significantly developed their inter-personal skills.
